S.A.T.W. (Sheep Amidst The Wolves) is a survivor-informed institutional training framework designed for districts and organizations serving youth ages 16-24.
The framework focuses on how young people communicate distress, how survivor behavior is often misinterpreted, and how institutions can strengthen response systems through language clarity and awareness.
S.A.T.W. addresses the gap between student experience and institutional response by equipping leadership with a deeper understanding of communication patterns, behavioral signals, and early indicators that are often overlooked or misunderstood.
